Welcome to 2023 6th International Conference on Computer Information Science and Application Technology (CISAT 2023).

The previous conferences of CISAT took place in Daqing, China (2018), Guangzhou (2019), Zhangjiajie (2020), Lanzhou(2021) and Chongqing (2022) successfully. As annually conference, it will be held in China every year, where more than 500 attendees from 10 countries all around the world have taken part. CISAT 2023 will come back this year and it will provide a valuable opportunity for researchers, scholars and some scientists to exchange their ideas face to face together. CISAT 2023 is very special for its strong organization team, dependable reputation and wide sponsors all around the world, which is the leading annual conferences of Computer Information Science and Application Technology for all researcher home and abroad. 

2023 6^th International Conference on Computer Information Science and Application Technology (CISAT 2023) will be held on May 26-28, 2023 in Hangzhou, China. CISAT 2023 hosted by Dalian Jiaotong University, is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of computer information science and application technology to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in computer information science and application technology and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in computer information science and application technology and related areas.

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
